How are orders shipped?
We offer free shipping on all US orders, and we ship via USPS. All your orders should arrive within 2-3 days after being processed. We also offer expedited shipping on request.
I haven’t received my products, what should I do?
If you experience any delays in your item(s) being delivered, please check your tracking information to eliminate the possibility of a postal delay.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow a 2 days processing time on all orders. After processing, you should expect to receive your order within 2-3 days.

Returns and Exchange

Can I return an order?
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns and will only exchange wrong and defective items.  You must initiate the exchange process within three (3) days of order reception. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that the customer bears return shipping fees, and shipping fees are not refundable.
