RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns and will only exchange wrong and defective items. You must initiate the exchange process within three (3) days of order reception. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that the customer bears return shipping fees, and shipping fees are not refundable.
